Microlife WatchBP Office ABI — Professional Blood Pressure Monitor with ABI & Atrial Fibrillation Detection
The Microlife WatchBP Office ABI is a professional-grade automatic office blood pressure monitor engineered to go beyond standard BP measurement. Designed for comprehensive cardiovascular risk screening, it delivers fast, accurate dual-arm and ankle-brachial assessments in a single device — making it an essential tool for clinicians evaluating peripheral arterial disease and cardiovascular risk factors.
Using dual bilateral blood pressure measurement, the WatchBP Office ABI simultaneously measures both arms and ankles for reliable Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) and Inter-Arm Difference (IAD) results. It also detects Atrial Fibrillation (AF) with high reliability, providing three critical cardiovascular indicators (ABI, IAD, and AFib) in a single streamlined workflow. The device also displays Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) and Pulse Pressure (PP) to provide a fuller clinical picture.
When a full ABI assessment isn't needed, the device functions as a standard single-cuff blood pressure monitor, offering everyday clinical versatility.
Free WatchBP Software connects seamlessly to your PC for easy data transfer and analysis. The software generates editable, printable reports displaying arterial waveform assessment, pulse waveform (PWV), and individual limb results — supporting thorough documentation and patient follow-up.
Reimbursement may be available through Medicare code 11610.
