We are dedicated to ensuring our autoclaves are maintained to the highest quality and capability throughout their life cycle. Unfortunately, with continued technological advancements and obsolescence of specific parts, our ability to continually support legacy technologies has become challenging.
With this in mind, we would like to inform our customers that as of April 1st, 2021 Tuttnauer USA will no longer repair at our NY office – autoclave models manufactured in 2006 or earlier. We will continue to carry spare parts for these autoclave models but cannot guarantee the availability of all parts in our inventory.
We will be offering trade-in programs to aid in the transition over to new Tuttnauer equipment. Please contact our sales representatives to learn about these trade-in options, or visit our website for more product information.
