<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nIt is apparent that PAD is one of those diseases that is not often talked about. Many adults have no clue what PAD is and how it presents itself. This is not a good combination as it is critical that PAD is caught early on. Often times, symptoms worsen during your favorite physical activities like running, jogging, dancing, or dominating in a tennis match. Because symptoms tend to soothe after the activity, many adults shrug it off as soreness. This mindset had lead many adults with PAD toward amputation. So what are the signs?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Numbness in the leg or groin area.<\/li>
- Painful cramping in lower extremities.<\/li>
- Frequent soreness in lower extremities. <\/li>
- Pain when using your arms.<\/li>
- Decrease in temperature of legs and other lower extremities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
